friendly staff attentive service high-quality amenities coffee machine
the staff offered friendly , attentive service throughout my stay. i received fruit upon arrival , a nice detail. the bathroom included high-quality amenities. a coffee machine was in the room , a nice convenience. i also made use of the sauna and pool.
the lighting controls in the room seemed a little complex initially , but i quickly figured them out.

the pool area featured comfortable loungers and a shaded section , ideal for relaxation. the gym provided modern equipment , including several treadmills and stationary bikes. a spa offered a sauna and various treatment options.

excellent stay
amazing staff latin quarter location complimentary coffee pods nice touch
i knew i'd made a good choice as soon as i got there. the people working there are amazing! they were so nice and helpful. the hotel's location in the latin quarter was perfect, with cafes and bakeries all around. the spa looked very inviting, though i didn't try it myself. i especially loved the complimentary coffee pods in the room, such a nice touch. my room was perfect.
The pool was a little smaller than i expected. it was still very enjoyable.

The wellness center has a sauna and a pool. I found these particularly useful after a long day exploring. the hotel also offers complimentary breakfast with a wide variety of choices. there is also a bar area offering a nice selection of drinks.

The hotel is situated in a lively part of the city and it is close to many restaurants and cafés. I really liked this. it is within walking distance to the luxembourg gardens. the metro station is also nearby.

the staff provides attentive service and goes above and beyond to help with anything needed. the concierge was very helpful, he was even able to secure some dinner reservations. turndown service is available each evening, really nice.

the location proved convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
upon arrival, the room temperature was uncomfortably cold, despite assurances it could be adjusted. repeated requests for assistance were met with delays and inconsistent information. this significantly impacted the comfort of my stay and required more attention from the staff..
